Refund Policy
At Mollyboo, we strive to ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and reliable shopping experience.
However, if the item you received does not meet your expectations, we offer an in-store credit policy that allows you to make another selection on our website.

Mollyboo does not provide cash refunds.
Once your return has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s). This credit can be used toward a future purchase on our official website.
Eligibility for Returns and Store Credit
To qualify for a return and the issuance of a store credit, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

The return must be initiated within the period specified in our Return Policy.
In addition, to process your request, you must submit clear photos of the item showing the issue (for example, a defect, damage, or discrepancy from what was expected), as well as photos of the original packaging.
These images are required to help our team review your case promptly and approve the return.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3 business days and sent to the email address associated with your order.

The store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on the official Mollyboo website.

The store credit covers only the value of the returned item(s) and does not include shipping fees or any applicable taxes from the original order.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import fees.

Mollyboo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or that are not accompanied by photographic evidence.
Exclusions
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, or personal accessories)

Personalized or custom-made items

Products marked as “non-returnable” on their product page
